Talitrix is seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and disciplined Director of Business Development to lead revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role is responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle from qualified opportunity through contract execution. The Director of Business Development works closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who generate and qualify leads, while this role leads the strategic sales process, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, procurement navigation, and closing. The ideal candidate has experience selling SaaS solutions to government or enterprise organizations, understands complex procurement processes, and has a proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value contracts. This role requires a strategic, results-driven mindset, strong relationship-building abilities, and the capability to clearly communicate the value of Talitrix’s integrated hardware and SaaS platform to public safety agencies.
