Through vigorous legal advocacy and evidence-based solutions, and by strengthening supportive community connections, we foster resilience, advance equity and restore hope. The Director, Audience Marketing directs a team of marketers in the development and implementation of multichannel marketing campaign and program strategies to attract and engage key audiences of AARP Foundation, including volunteers and grantees; additionally, provides support to Development team for donor-focused marketing work. Ensures marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with overall organization objectives. Directs the development of multi-channel strategies and implements tactical plans to achieve goals. Tracks and assesses campaign results and adjusts marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Collaborates with senior management in the development of multi-channel marketing plans and strategies for the business.
