Brightwheel is seeking a results-oriented Director of Analytics to lead our central analytics function and scale its impact across the business. This high-visibility role offers the opportunity to shape how data informs decisions and accelerates growth across all of brightwheel’s teams, with leverage to deliver company-changing impact. You are focused on delivering business value, whether directly through your team, your stakeholders, or your analysis. You think clearly and communicate the same way. You know how to balance strategy and tactics, and solve for one by using the other, identifying opportunities even inside problems. You are an excellent communicator, able to manage both ICs on your team and c-suite interactions one after the other.
