About The Position

As a key member of our Advertiser Solutions team, you play a pivotal role in executing PubMatic’s agency holding company demand sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing new relationships, managing high-value clients, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the success of our programmatic solutions. Your expertise in digital advertising, combined with a strategic approach to client engagement, will enable you to drive long-term growth and impact.

Requirements

  • Seven plus years in sales or business development within digital advertising, preferably with a Publisher, AdTech platform, DSP, or SSP.
  • Strong relationships across agencies and brands (Dentsu agency relationships strongly preferred), with a proven ability to develop and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic buying models, including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and auction-based solutions.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling presentations and confidently navigating complex deal negotiations.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, expanding platform adoption across the Dentsu commercial partnership while identifying new business opportunities with the holding company.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships, leveraging your industry expertise and existing Dentsu relationship network to enhance engagement with the agency.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide ongoing client consultation, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize advertiser performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Ad Solutions, and Product Management to develop and execute strategic programs.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned on strategic objectives.
