Traditional Revenue Cycle Management processes often struggle with inefficiencies, costing providers up to 15% or more of their potential revenue. Adonis addresses these challenges by leveraging advanced automation, data science, and AI to create the infrastructure that RCM teams need to detect vulnerabilities, optimize workflows, and deploy precise solutions that drive reliable and scalable financial outcomes. Whether identifying issues before they escalate, recommending tailored resolutions, or automating the deployment of those resolutions, Adonis creates a seamless, future-proofed approach to RCM. Adonis is adding a new Director, Solutions Delivery to our growing team. In this role, you’re responsible for working with clients and internal Adonis stakeholders to deliver client solutions on time and at expectation. Reporting to the Head of Solutions Delivery, you’ll work together to create high impact and on time delivery of Adonis products, while working to create scalable and repeatable workflows to solve complex implementation and delivery challenges.

Requirements

  • Eight plus years in consulting specific to Revenue Cycle Management or back end billing systems
  • Experience with workflow design, document, and optimization
  • Strong experience communicating with all organizational levels, from executive to front line billing teams
  • Technology integration and product development
  • Change management experience with workflow design, delivery execution, and customer-facing implementation success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage pre/post-signature for complex and enterprise customers - from mid-sales cycle, through kickoff, and go-live.
  • Establish client goals and monitor outcomes to ensure proven value of the technology.
  • Partner with the Client Experience, Engineering, and Product teams to establish project cadence, planning for needed engagement, and establishing project timeline.
  • Delivery lead, ensuring design quality, delivery sequencing, program governance, and customer alignment.
  • Direct customer workshops, workflow mapping sessions, design reviews, and executive checkpoints that accelerate time-to-value.
  • Partner with client RCM leaders and operators to assess current-state processes and define future-state workflow.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, platform capabilities, and the technical configuration of workflows.
