With advisory solutions spanning accounting and risk, technology-enabled transformation, and transactions, we partner with clients to solve today’s challenges and deliver present and future value As Director of Integrations and Transformation you will lead the pre-close integration planning, post-close execution, and ongoing transformation initiatives that enable the firm to successfully scale through acquisitions, partnerships, and internal change. This role serves as the central owner of integration execution and governance, in partnership with executive sponsors and functional leaders to translate strategy into coordinated, well-executed integrations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services operations, integration management, transformation, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-functional integration or transformation initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Strong PMO and program management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interdependencies.
  • Executive-level presence and communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive action across senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate with high ownership and accountability, even when working through influence rather than direct authority.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
  • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-close integration preparation and post-close execution for acquisitions and strategic partnerships, ensuring operational readiness and smooth transitions
  • Own integration execution from pre-close through close to stabilization and post-integration review, partnering with executive sponsors to ensure intended outcomes are achieved
  • Translate deal rationale and leadership priorities into actionable integration plans and measurable milestones
  • Establish, operate, and continuously improve the Integration Management Office (IMO), including governance structures, cadence, reporting, and decision frameworks
  • Develop standardized integration playbooks, tools, and methodologies to support repeatable, scalable integration execution
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and progress across workstreams, escalating issues and driving resolution
  • Lead and coordinate multiple integration workstreams across HR, Operations, Recruiting, Technology, Legal, RevOps and Accounting/Finance, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution
  • Serve as the primary integration lead, coordinating functional owners, managing interdependencies, and driving execution across workstreams
  • Partner with practice and functional leaders to identify and enable revenue and operational synergies, supporting planning, sequencing, and execution tracking
  • Provide visibility into integration progress and outcomes, helping leadership assess whether intended value is being realized (without direct P&L ownership)
  • Lead broader business transformation initiatives during periods of lower acquisition activity
  • Apply deep professional services operational expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and change adoption across the firm
  • Support firmwide initiatives that require structured change management, cross-functional coordination, and program leadership
  • Develop and execute clear communication and change management strategies to support adoption and minimize disruption
  • Partner closely with executive sponsors, senior leadership, and Corporate Development team to align integration and transformation efforts with strategic priorities
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and resolve issues quickly
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools, technologies and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
