About The Position

You are a strategic change leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to translate vision into execution. As Director, Transformation, you will partner with senior leadership to design and implement operational transformation initiatives that strengthen capabilities, align leadership, improve processes, and elevate performance. You will drive long-term value creation by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, cultural alignment, and scalable operational excellence. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution—someone who can build compelling business cases, lead cross-functional initiatives, and sustain momentum through change.

Requirements

  • Education. Undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • Operational Transformation Experience. 10+ years of experience in operations management, business process engineering, or organizational change leadership.
  • Preferred 2+ years in management consulting or equivalent corporate internal strategy
  • Change Management Expertise. Formal training and demonstrated experience leading structured change initiatives.
  • Executive Presence. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity. Naturally curious and confident navigating evolving, complex environments.
  • Independent Drive. Ability to operate semi-autonomously with minimal direction.
  • Emotional Intelligence. Strong listening skills and awareness of verbal and nonverbal communication dynamics.
  • Influence & Diplomacy. High level of tact and ability to adapt leadership style to different audiences and situations.
  • Resilience Under Pressure. High energy with the ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to uncover cost savings, efficiency gains, and process optimization initiatives across the organization.
  • Design enabling processes and technologies.
  • Evaluate best practices and tools to support effective deployment of transformation programs.
  • Lead cross-functional transformation efforts.
  • Provide guidance to teams to ensure collaboration, alignment, and clear communication throughout initiatives.
  • Build and present business cases.
  • Develop financial and operational justifications to support management review and approval of key projects.
  • Monitor external market dynamics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform strategic transformation priorities.
  • Oversee implementation from concept to review.
  • Lead approved initiatives through execution and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks.
  • Develop KPIs and metrics to track transformation impact and organizational progress.
  • Manage project plans and timelines.
  • Create structured plans, monitor milestones, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Report to executive leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on transformation progress, risks, and outcomes.
