About The Position

Provides oversight, direction, and supervision to the Accounting, Payroll and Accounts Payable services for the organization, under the guidance of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Responsible for performing and partnering in budgeting and general accounting functions, in additional to payroll processes and outcomes. This position is an exempt, benefited, Monday-Friday onsite position.

Requirements

Accounting degree required or currently enrolled in program or equivalent combination of experience and education
One to three years management experience required with management experience in accounting
Previous Payroll and Accounts Payable experience
Demonstrated effective computer skills required with a functional level in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong team orientation and leadership ability in collaborating with others
Excellent time management, organizational and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality
Demonstrated initiate, self-starter with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
