Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, outsourcing operations, sales, or consulting within financial services or related industries.
  • Proven success managing large, complex client accounts and driving measurable growth.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching and talent development.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically and manage long-term initiatives.
  • Expertise in client relationship management, consultative sales, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to assess client data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operate in fast-paced, global environments; willingness to travel internationally.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring alignment between client objectives and service delivery standards.

  • Serve as the primary client relationship owner, acting as a trusted advisor and proactive problem solver.
  • Oversee contract management, pricing models, forecasting, and resource allocation for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor, develop, and evaluate account management teams to foster high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, performance metrics, and internal governance processes.
