We are hiring for a full-time evening position that totals 40 hours. The hours are Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm. What We’re Looking For: Direct Support Professional Heartfelt Caregiver: You genuinely care about people and want to see them thrive. Patient Listener: You understand the importance of listening and providing emotional support. Positive Attitude: You bring a smile to work every day and spread positivity. Team Player: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Building Relationships: Spend quality time with our residents, getting to know them and their unique stories. Personal Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming – always with dignity and respect Supportive Presence: Be there for emotional support, whether it’s sharing a laugh or offering a comforting hug. Encouraging Independence: Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements. This includes daily living activities such as personal care, household chores, and cooking. Creating Joy: Plan and participate in fun activities that bring joy and excitement to our home. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given. This position requires the transportation of clients. Requirements
