About The Position

Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 1p to 9p. Shifts after 4p pay $18.02 an hour, and Sundays jump to $23.02! Not bad for a day by the bay. We’re offering a $500 sign-on bonus and paid certifications to help you grow with us! Are you ready to have fun while making a difference? As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Have Fun Every Day: Plan and enjoy activities like concerts, amusement parks, and community outings. Make an Impact: Support individuals with developmental disabilities in improving their independence and achieving their goals. Position Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 1p-9p _________________________________ Hourly Pay: $17.02-$23.02, plus benefits! Requirements
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation

- Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living.
- Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability.
- Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment.
- Skill in locating and accessing community resources.
