About The Position

We are hiring dependable, calm, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support an individual who thrives with structure and steady leadership. This home requires staff who are confident, consistent, and able to maintain a safe, stable environment.
Male staff strongly encouraged to apply due to client needs, but both male and female candidates will be considered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred; 5 or fewer points)
• Ability to pass BCI/FBI background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid, Med Cert 1(provided if needed)
• Professional, patient, respectful, and dependable
• No experience needed — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks
• Follow the Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Complete electronic documentation (Brittco/ADP)
• Support community outings and activities
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Communicate effectively with team and family
• Protect health, safety, and dignity at all times
• Attend all paid training and required meetings
