Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance
Successfully complete and pass all required competency-based training requirements within the allowed timeframe and on-going training as due each time
Must have reliable personal transportation
Must have access to a telephone
