Rome Health's Residential Health Care Facility is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. Work in a hospital-based 80-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, short-term rehab, and respite care.
Requirements
- Active NY LPN license
- CPR/BLS preferred
- Experience in long-term care a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Support residents with daily care and safety.
- Collaborate with our care team to deliver excellent outcomes.
