Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support clients in developing life skills and achieving independence.
  • Assist with medication management and health monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
