About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team for a residential home located in the 73rd Ave area. This role involves providing hands-on care, support, and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe and nurturing home environment.

We are hiring multiple DSPs to ensure full coverage for overnight and every-other-weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Previous DSP/caregiver experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Must pass background checks and required clearances

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in a residential home
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal prep
• Maintain safety and follow individualized care plans
• Support clients with recreational and community activities
• Document care and progress as required
