This role will develop and execute direct marketing content and multi-channel campaigns that connect with our agents, advisors, and customers, combining creativity, collaboration, and precision to ensure every communication reflects our brand and delivers measurable results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Natural curiosity to ask thoughtful questions and identify gaps for improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage direct marketing content and programs across multiple channels, including mail, email, statement inserts, and phone.
  • Oversee creative development, compliance approvals, data delivery, fulfillment, and quality control for all marketing materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create consistent, brand-aligned content for corporate and agent-level marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of campaigns—on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all communications meet legal and regulatory standards, including disclosure and versioning requirements.
  • Promote awareness and utilization of marketing programs among employees, managers, and agents.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and program tracking; provide reporting to leadership.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries related to marketing programs.
