About The Position

Position Summary:Performs work that includes manual assembly of parts and follows the standardworkflow/process procedures. Work may be performed as an individual contributor or in ateam environment. Performs repetitive or semi-repetitive assembly of parts by performingthe following duties.Job Description:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Control on all products Assembly of various products Cleaning, polishing & Deburring products Engraving of various products Testing of various products Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Maintaining Documentation and Paperwork standardsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Required Skills: Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills (English) Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee isconstantly required to use eye-hand coordination to manipulate small to large partsfor assembly. The employee is frequently required to stand/sit for long periods. Employee must be able to lift and move at least 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes up-close vision, depthperception, and ability to adjust focus. High School degree or GED. Prefer one to two years related experience and/or training.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be an individual with proven initiative and demonstrated accountability in afast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.
