The Director of Workforce Management is a critical role within the Strategy & Operations organization of Optum Technology. This team enables Optum Technology to meet the evolving needs of its customers, partners, and employees by delivering strategic and operational solutions that unlock enterprise value. In this individual contributor role, you will lead workforce operations in alignment with Optum Technology’s global strategy. You will own and operate key workforce management capabilities including requisition governance, workforce planning, resource forecasting, and workforce analytics and reporting. You will partner closely with senior leaders, strategy and operations leads, and cross-functional teams across Talent Acquisition, People, Finance, Procurement, and Real Estate to translate strategy into executable workforce plans. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
