About The Position

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Manager, Workforce Management applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). You will work within specific guidelines and procedures. You will apply advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems. You will receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine approach, resources, schedules and goals. The Manager, Workforce Management will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management. You will assess organizational staffing and identify requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. You will provide analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. You will make decisions typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving the departmental area. You will conduct cross departmental collaboration, including briefings and area meetings and maintaining frequent contact with other leaders across the department. Use your skills to make an impact

Requirements

  • 6 or more years of Workforce Management experience
  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • Working knowledge of workforce software (i.e. IEX, Verint, or Aspect) for scheduling and forecasting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
  • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in Process or Project Management
  • Working knowledge of Genesys ACD
