About The Position
The Director of Project Management, Lithium, is a senior-level position that leads the Mineral Development project team to complete projects to support the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective lithium projects through the implementation of human performance improvement tools and engineering practices and principles. This position will be supporting operations at the BHE Renewables direct lithium extraction (DLE) plant in Calipatria, CA. The position will develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders necessary for the project’s success. Directly responsible for project management including due diligence activities, planning, scheduling, and completion of internal and contracted work tasks needed to meet project deadlines for all stages of lithium and mineral development activities while ensuring the project is free of safety, environmental and regulatory violations. BHE Renewables delivers sustainable energy solutions for customers and communities. We own, operate and develop wind, solar, geothermal, hydroelectric and natural gas projects in 11 U.S. states. The power generated is sold into energy markets or directly to customers through long-term purchase agreements.
