The Opportunity The Creativity & Productivity Business Capability, Design & Delivery team is looking for an experienced Director of Product Management, responsible for delivering business outcomes that matter, building trusted relationships, driving a meticulous product and AI-first perspective into the product management team, and simplifying processes in a matrixed organization. You will be able to articulate and influence at the executive level (VP, Senior Director) to effect meaningful business transformation and GenAI/Agentic AI innovation. You will collaborate with architecture and program management to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, validate, deploy and operate technical solutions. Making thoughtful trade-offs to balance quality, value and schedule are foundational to the success of this role. Your research and analysis will help proactively identify and prioritize features in product and program roadmaps. You will build impactful arguments factoring in revenue, cost and organizational change, and will partner on the best implementation method and schedule while instilling a service and operations attitude. You’ll act as the technical forward-thinking leader to develop and promote scalable processes with an emphasis on business value outcomes and efficiency. We expect you to lead by example, improve and optimize processes, address technical debt head-on and encourage and promote self-service platform features wherever possible. What you'll Do Work with the Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) business unit to simplify processes and efficiently deliver business value. Own the effort to instill product management standards and a focused approach to building an innovative product roadmap bringing to bear strategic enterprise vendor partners such as Microsoft (Dynamics) and Amazon (Connect) as well as Adobe’s own Experience Platform and Experience Management solutions. Present to VP/Sr. Director level partners every quarter on product roadmap attainment and service management based on data and insight. Partner with Business Unit, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops and Legal Ops to understand end-to-end requirements and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap Identify talent development opportunities and drive an agenda of constant learning and improvement.
