Dir Marketing and Business Development
About The Position
Provides day-to-day supervision and coordination of the marketing department and its programs, including the following activities: physician relations, community relations, media relations, publications, advertising, media buying, event planning, internal communications, and internal promotions; assists service line management with marketing plans and their execution. Directs the overall operations of the Foundation; supports and works collaboratively with Hospital Administration, Authority Board, Foundation Board of Trustees, and staff to identify prospective donors; strengthen relations with current donors; cultivate new donors and volunteers; increase the overall visibility of the Foundation in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, or related field required
- Five years’ experience in healthcare field, hospital public relations setting preferred
