Responsible for providing general food service assistance to include administrative, delivery, cashiering, cooking, serving, stocking and receiving, and dishwashing duties. May lead the work of departmental staff and set operational objectives for the team. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by staff and customers. This position will interact on a regular basis with: culinary staff, vendors, students, and faculty This position typically will advise and counsel: culinary staff, vendors, students, and faculty
