POSITION SUMMARY As a Lead Server in our community restaurant, you will play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. With a focus on friendly, professional, and efficient service, you will help ensure meals and special events are delivered with care and attention to residents’ dietary needs and personal preferences. In addition to serving, you will support a warm and inclusive dining atmosphere while building meaningful relationships with both residents and fellow team members. As a Lead Server, you will also take on select supervisory responsibilities to help guide and support the dining team.
