About The Position
Supports the Eagle's Nest Cafe campus dining service program
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow direction
- Previous cashier experience
- Previous food service training, knowledge and/or experience and advanced cooking skills
- Previous training experience, ability to train other students
- Customer service skills
- Possesses a cooperative spirit in working with peers, supervisors, students and public
Responsibilities
- Performs cashier functions.
- Performs food preparation.
- Cleans equipment, utensils, and countertops.
- Gathers stock.
- Ensures proper food handling and food storage.
- May perform other like duties.
