Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Hours vary.
- Must be able to work weekdays 2nd shift and weekends 1st shift, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous dining experience (preferred)
- 1 year of previous supervisor experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional dining experience while interacting with our residents and staff
- Responsible for supervising the flow of service in the dining room
- Assist with the training and management of dining staff
- Receive feedback to help improve service related issues
- Help with the organization of setting up and tearing down events
- Work to maintain a neat and orderly dining room and work area
