About The Position
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award-winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking a talented and dynamic Dining Room Supervisor to help lead our team in a fast paced, high energy dining room serving up to 500 guests per meal.
Requirements
- Several years management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Working knowledge of various software programs (such as POS system, MS Office)
- A flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of guest service, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service by our restaurant staff
- Recruit, train, mentor and appraise all personnel; assist in overseeing upwards of 100 food and beverage team members
- Demonstrate high sanitation standards and exceptional attention to detail
