About The Position
New Albany Country Club is seeking professional, service-driven Bartenders/Servers to join our À La Carte Dining Team. Located just minutes from 270 & 161 and 10 minutes from Easton, NACC is a premier private club offering an elevated dining experience in a beautiful, member-focused setting. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals and students seeking consistent evening work in a refined, team-oriented environment. Why Work at NACC? $18.00/hour based on experience. Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Previous food & beverage experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized food & beverage service to members and guests
- Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, daily features, wine, beer, and spirits
- Execute proper steps of service and uphold formal dining standards
- Set up and maintain dining areas to ensure all spaces are member-ready
- Accurately enter and deliver orders in a timely manner
- Follow opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists
- Collaborate across departments to exceed member expectations
- Learn and use member names to create a warm, welcoming experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer offerings
