Requirements

Must be 18+ (21+ for bartenders)
Reliable transportation to and from event locations
Ability to stand/walk for long periods (4–8+ hours)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a banquet server, bartender, or event staff
Knowledge of basic serving etiquette (tray service, table setup, etc.)
For bartenders: knowledge of basic cocktails + responsible alcohol service
