Requirements

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and timely manner
Assist residents with menu selections and special dietary needs
Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Monitor residents’ comfort and address any immediate needs during meal service
Follow safety and sanitation standards in food handling and service
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth dining operations
