Requirements
- Customer service, restaurant, or healthcare food service experience preferred (well train the right person).
- Excellent communication and a friendly, team-first mindset.
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of sanitation and food safety standards.
- A heart for serving seniors and helping others feel cared for and valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism in a welcoming dining room atmosphere.
- Take meal orders and deliver food accurately, ensuring it meets resident preferences and dietary needs.
- Provide friendly, attentive service during each meal to create a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate with the dietary team, caregivers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely meal service.
