About The Position

The Digital Experience, Design and Content (DEDC) team’s User Experience team is
responsible for the user experience and look and feel of Blue Shield of
California’s digital products and websites. The Digital UX Strategist, Principal
will report to the Sr. Manager of User Experience. In this role you will play a
critical role in shaping Blue Shield of California’s future‑state digital
products by defining end‑to-end experience strategy across complex member,
provider, employer, and prospect journeys. You will operate as a senior
individual contributor and thought leader, translating business and customer
needs into cohesive, AI‑enabled, and scalable solutions. Your work will directly
influence product strategy, experience quality, and the organization’s ability
to deliver personalized, modern digital experiences at scale.
