About The Position

This position is responsible for driving and overseeing complex, company-wide initiatives that align with the organization's long-term strategic goals and objectives. This role focuses on large-scale programs that optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and implement change across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope, developing roadmaps, stakeholder management, communication, risk mitigation, and performance measurement to achieve business objectives, drive innovation, and ensure successful digital transformation adoption. Under the direction of the Director of Digital Transformation, this position partners closely with senior leadership and business leaders to define, build and implement digital transformation efforts that directly support the organization's overall strategic priorities. The incumbent will regularly collaborate with Oncor’s senior leadership to report status updates, secure support, and provide direction on Digital Transformation initiatives and progress towards strategic goals and objectives. This hybrid role will report on-site 3 plus days a week based out of our corporate office located in Downtown Dallas.

  • Ability to facilitate well organized and effective meetings with various audiences, including the Senior Leadership Team
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, make independent decisions regarding, planning, organizing and scheduling work
  • Ability to deliver results while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficient problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient at facilitating organizational change management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
  • 8 or more years of experience in program management, transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise change leadership is required

Responsibilities

  • Directs a team of Digital Transformation Project Analysts focused on gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing data, reporting and skill development opportunities
  • Lead and direct the identification of senior leadership’s strategic objectives and initiatives of interest as they align in the Digital Transformation space
  • Manage and communicate a central platform for all strategic objectives and initiatives ensuring cross-functional alignment and coordination
  • Establish a strategic framework to ensure all Digital Transformation initiatives directly support the organization's key objectives
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of company-wide Digital Transformation initiatives, from initial planning and scoping to successful delivery
  • Create a detailed program plan that outlines timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring it aligns with the overall strategic vision
  • Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and roadblocks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of Digital Transformation programs and progress towards organizational strategic objectives
  • Prepare and deliver high-level presentations on program status, key milestones, risks, and recommendations
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to project teams, to ensure buy-in, provide status updates, and address concerns
  • Collaborate with various departments (i.e., business units, Technology, vendors), ensuring cross-functional alignment and coordination
  • Lead and implement change strategies to ensure the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement of Digital Transformation methodologies
  • Mentor and support Transformation Project Analysts in applying best-in-class program management practices
