About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic leader who drives large-scale digital transformation initiatives that enhance technology-enabled experiences across the organization. You will define and execute a global vision for digital innovation, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and automation to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on program delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed successfully from concept through implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and present insights to executive stakeholders. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with opportunities for travel to support global initiatives and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale, global technology transformation initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive decision-making and efficiency improvements.
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics and automation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, or similar).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities, capable of presenting complex insights to executive audiences.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global digital transformation programs, managing end-to-end delivery from planning to execution.
  • Define and communicate a technology-enabled vision aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance end-user experience through AI, automation, and process optimization.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and guide cross-functional teams through implementation.
  • Develop and present executive-level insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track program metrics, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
