Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology and/or financial services sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated experience in content creation and management for senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience in governance frameworks and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to analyze data and track KPIs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery for infrastructure-focused digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive developer experience improvement strategy and champion the adoption of DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency, deployment speed, and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in the developer experience, fostering innovation and productivity.
  • Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and sustainability.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and incubate new capabilities proving their viability before expanding across the organization.
  • Implement Technology governance mechanisms including program management standards related to project planning, specification documentation, and executive/stakeholder reporting.
