About The Position

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives within the finance and accounting function of a fast-evolving organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or information technology.
• 5+ years of experience leading finance digital transformation or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience deploying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions within finance or related business functions.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, internal controls, processes, systems, and data.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled use cases and communicate value to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with AI tools, process automation platforms, and finance analytics technologies.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management, change management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in Excel and ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and effectively prioritizing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a long-term digital transformation roadmap for finance, including automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Influence and guide senior finance, IT, and data stakeholders toward alignment and commitment to digital initiatives.
• Modernize finance processes, integrate systems, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and AI solutions, supporting team members in building confidence and capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to digitize high-value work and reduce manual effort, enhancing the customer and employee experience.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and business leaders to evaluate emerging technologies and deliver scalable solutions for finance processes, including forecasting, workflow automation, and intelligent reporting.
