About The Position

Responsible for answering member questions through email, secured messaging, chat and completing wire transmission for all Credit Union staff. Ensures that work is completed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist employees with questions regarding wire process. Reviews that wires are completed accurately. Reviews electronic deposits to determine if the hold should be extended, released or the check returned to member. Completes reporting, teller auditing, balancing duties, and AVS completion as required.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Understanding of Credit Union teller policies, procedures, and standards
  • Familiarity with appropriate financial regulations
  • One to two years of teller or FSR experience required
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good math skills
  • Well organized
  • Able to operate standard office equipment
  • Able to use financial industry computer applications
  • Good communication and supervisory skills
