Requirements

  • 2+ year of experience in digital advertising, ideally in an agency environment within ad operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, and Adobe platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic digital media campaigns using CM360, ensuring successful campaign launches.
  • Proactively perform comprehensive QA on tags, campaigns, floodlights, and advertiser setups to ensure accuracy and prevent issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems such as CM360 violations, publisher concerns, and asset discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with clients and external agencies to ensure campaign setup and tracking processes are properly executed.
  • Partner with account teams to deliver tags and campaign materials on time, with minimal to no errors.
  • Maintain day-to-day campaign operations, addressing internal inquiries and monitoring campaign status.
  • Support the creation and analysis of performance reports, sharing insights to drive continuous campaign improvement.
  • Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets through regular reporting and tracking.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of ad operations processes and best practices.
