We are hiring a Program Manger to help drive Xbox Game Studios marketing efforts across all digital storefronts for our client Xbox, and their first party games business planning team. Our Program Manager coordinates with internal Xbox and Windows teams as well as external partners like Valve, Sony, and Nintendo to publish and promote Xbox titles on their respective platforms. This role works closely with the Digital Stores Marketing lead, Franchise Marketing leads, Business Planning, Studios leads and Digital Store sales teams to ensure Xbox games show up as best in class within all digital storefronts. A key emphasis for this role is to determine how, when, and where Xbox titles appear across Steam and PlayStation Store, maximizing visibility, revenue, and merchandising impact across tentpole and bespoke sale opportunities. Our ideal candidate is a motivated marketer who’s passionate about gaming and eager to grow within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. They will bring foundational experience launching high profile titles across Steam and PlayStation Store, skilled at partner management, business planning, and back catalog optimization — ideally within the gaming and entertainment industries. Direct experience managing digital storefront merchandising and promotional execution is key.
