About The Position

The Digital Marketing Sr. Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing digital marketing programs that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role focuses on creating ecommerce focused campaigns (national and local). The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful marketing initiatives. This full-time position will be based at Aramark Headquarters in Philadelphia, being in the office 3 days per week and working remotely 2 days.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field
  • 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on revenue-driving programs.
  • Proven track record of managing successful Ecommerce campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Suite, specifically Page Builder, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce site management, building/executing revenue driven programming
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Enhancement Optimization:
  • Create and execute revenue-driven digital marketing initiatives – including promotions, advertising opportunities and site enhancements – to increase Average Order Value (AOV). Optimize upselling, cross-sell and bundling strategies.
  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal trends to maximize impact.
  • Drive programs with both local and national reach for broader audience engagement.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Own end-to-end execution of Ecommerce marketing campaigns, including content development, coordination, and publishing under the guidance of vendors and Ecommerce Manager. Content to include website content such as homepage, featured and local pages, blogs, pop-ups, and LinkedIn content.
  • Optimize and evaluate campaign performance with a focus on conversion, engagement, and ROI, regularly reporting on results to inform future initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with key cross functional team members including IT, Category Management, sales, local operations and account management teams.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
