About The Position

Start the new year with a rare opportunity to join a great team at C & B Operations. We've grown to 36 John Deere locations in 6 states and we are hiring a Digital Specialist in Culbertson, Montana. Use your knowledge of Precision Ag tools expertise to promote digital tools and features to employees and connected software companies. This position will be responsible for locations in Montana and Wyoming, requiring travel approximately 50% of the time. Requirements

  • Knowledge with Precision Ag products used in the industry is preferred, not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Precision Ag, Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy, or other related field, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience
  • Experience with John Deere digital tools is preferred, not required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge with Precision Ag products used in the industry is preferred, not required
  • Experience with John Deere digital tools is preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with C&B employees and customers to promote digital tools, insights, and the value of connected equipment
  • Develop, track, and provide services to customers that promote and provide data integrity, enterprise setup, and accurate reporting
  • Regularly host training events keeping customers and employees engaged with their data, partners, connected software companies, and latest capabilities of Operations Center, Operations Center Mobile, Equipment Mobile, Harvest Profit, and other programs
  • Engage with key accounts and customers of all-sizes to seek solutions to fit their business goals
  • Participate in ongoing training to continually develop knowledge and skills sets
  • Audit tracking systems for accuracy with customer information, including associated subscribed services and desired support from stores and digital field team
