About The Position

GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent. The Digital Sales team at Goengineer is looking for a Hardware Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end sales process for select 3D printers and 3D scanners across the US and Canada, driving both inbound and outbound revenue growth across a wide range of industries. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from first outreach to closed deal, while partnering with internal teams to deliver the right solution for every customer. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, early-career sales professional who is eager to learn, hungry to prospect, and excited to build a career selling industry-leading hardware technology.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (inside sales or SDR experience a plus).
  • A demonstrated ability or strong eagerness to manage a full sales cycle, including both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
  • Proven or developing outbound prospecting habits including cold calling, email outreach, and consistent pipeline-building.
  • Comfortable learning and presenting technical hardware or equipment solutions; able to translate technical specs into customer value.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously across a large territory.
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and a desire to grow within a sales career.

Nice To Haves

  • Any experience selling hardware, technology, or capital equipment
  • Familiarity with 3D printing or scanning technology
  • Comfort with Netsuite CRM and quoting tools
  • Experience selling into the US and Canadian markets

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify incoming hardware leads, guiding prospects through the buying process and moving opportunities forward in a timely, organized way.
  • Proactively build pipeline through outbound outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and strategic prospecting, to drive organic growth beyond inbound demand.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through close, including discovery, product presentations, demo coordination, quoting, and deal execution.
  • Maintain equitable and consistent coverage across your assigned North American territory, keeping accurate plans and priorities to maximize opportunity across a broad geography.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, coordinate required internal steps and ensure deal details are correct, so orders move smoothly from "ready to buy" to closed.
  • Partner with internal teams, application engineers, and vendor resources to navigate processes, remove roadblocks, and deliver the right hardware solution for each customer.
  • Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in internal systems to support forecasting and follow-through.
  • Apply feedback quickly, deepen product and process knowledge, and consistently bring a high work ethic to daily execution.

  • Comprehensive medical coverage, including PPO and High-Deductible plans with FSA/HSA options and employer HSA contributions.
  • Paid Family Leave, including paid pregnancy disability leave and paid parental bonding leave.
  • Employer paid Life Insurance policy, & Short Term, and Long-Term Disability insurance, with optional supplemental coverage.
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • Mental health, telemedicine with 24/7 access to medical providers, and wellness programs, including virtual therapy, nutrition counseling, and physical therapy.
