About The Position

Audacy Sacramento is seeking a dynamic, results driven Digital Sales Manager to help lead one of the most exciting media sales teams in the market. We are looking for a strong sales leader with a proven track record in digital revenue, a passion for developing talent, and a solid understanding of how digital and broadcast solutions work together to drive results for clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, hands on coach, and collaborative leader who knows how to motivate sellers, grow revenue, and lead from the front. This person must bring strong digital acumen along with a working knowledge of Audacy Sacramento’s full portfolio, including broadcast radio, streaming, podcasting, event marketing, social, video, search, display, and connected TV.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of successful experience selling digital advertising solutions in a media or marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the ability to speak credibly about both digital and broadcast advertising solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, coaching, and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong track record in direct, agency, digital, and integrated sales
  • A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required

Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual digital revenue goals while supporting integrated sales growth across the full Audacy Sacramento portfolio
  • Lead, coach, and develop sellers through regular one on ones, field work, and performance accountability
  • Train Account Executives to build customer focused campaigns using broadcast radio and digital products in smart, results driven ways
  • Join sellers on digital and integrated sales calls to help uncover client needs, shape strategy, and close business
  • Serve as the market’s digital sales leader and a resource for product positioning, proposal strategy, and integrated marketing solutions
  • Present digital best practices, product education, and market insights in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Monitor pipeline development, seller activity, and Salesforce discipline to ensure strong execution and consistent progress
