Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital or traditional sales with proven experience using digital sales tools such as CRMs, lead tracking forms and data-driven cross sell strategies.
  • Proven success in driving measurable growth through digital sales strategies, CRM optimization, Sales activity tracking and Sales Results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, services, and member needs.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment.
  • Must possess a superior level of member service, be a positive role model, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
