About The Position

You won't be "closing deals" on the showroom floor; instead, you’ll be the engine that drives our appointments through: High-Volume Outreach: Making approximately 75 outbound calls per day to follow up on interested leads. Multi-Channel Communication: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text. Personalized Video: Using quick, "desk-first" video responses to introduce yourself and the vehicle to customers. Appointment Setting: Your primary goal is to provide value and schedule appointments for our sales team. We believe in investing in our employees from the very beginning. Requirements

  • Teachability: You don’t need automotive experience. You do need to be a "sponge" for training and follow our specific communication frameworks.
  • Resilience: You’re comfortable picking up the phone and staying motivated throughout the day.
  • Tech Savvy: You can navigate CRM systems and feel comfortable on camera for customer video messages.
  • Reliability: You understand that punctuality and consistency are the keys to a high-performing team.
