About The Position

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing custom website, web application, or software development projects.
• Proven ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity and project outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, writing, and decision-making skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with modern web development platforms (Webflow, WordPress) and understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), digital performance metrics, and accessibility standards (WCAG compliance).

Nice To Haves

• experience with API integrations, low-code/no-code platforms, and familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of custom websites, web applications, and software development projects.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and internal teams to capture requirements, define scope, and monitor progress against budget and schedule.
• Develop and implement strategic project plans, identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and solutions to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate client and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication across development, design, and strategy teams.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation, including risk logs, technical specifications, and progress reports.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance project efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve outcomes.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies, best practices, and opportunities to optimize project delivery.
