About The Position

We're looking for a Project Manager who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving projects forward with creativity and precision. This role is ideal for someone who loves understanding how systems work, thrives in collaborative environments, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. About Brighton In 1972, our founders Jerry and Terri Kohl set out with a simple but bold idea: create beautifully crafted accessories that feel personal, meaningful, and made to last. They believed that artistry matters and that customers should be treated like lifelong friends. That belief still fuels us today. At Brighton’s headquarters, you’ll find a community of passionate creators, problem-solvers, and innovators. Our buying team imagines what’s next, our account specialists and shipping experts keep our nationwide network moving with precision, and our in-house artisans bring each design to life with extraordinary skill. We even have dedicated teams who restore and refresh beloved pieces so they can continue their journey with the people who cherish them. Joining us means stepping into a place where heritage craftsmanship meets forward-thinking design. We’re a company grounded in heart, yet always reaching for what’s possible. Here, you’re not just part of a brand, you’re part of building the future of retail, one thoughtfully crafted handbag, necklace, and charm at a time. You'll lead projects from initial concept through final delivery, managing relationships with key stakeholders and contributors throughout the journey. Beyond simply coordinating timelines and managing budgets, you'll act as a creative thinker and problem-solver, helping to shape requests from the business into achievable technical solutions. Your day-to-day will involve juggling both quick-turnaround projects and longer-term strategic initiatives. You'll serve as a frontline quality assurance resource, catching issues before they become problems. Perhaps most importantly, you'll help implement, model, and evolve our project management best practices, making the entire team more effective. This role reports to the Project Management lead.
