What will you be doing? You will be joining the Digital Product Studio that is a multidisciplinary group of product designers, UX designers, visual alchemists, storytellers, web architects, application developers, AI pioneers, and leaders. We are dedicated to fostering a strong, collaborative team culture, and consistently find ways to outperform yesterday. Together, we work to understand our client’s problems, in order to craft robust, elegant, purposeful, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate for this role is one who takes absolute passion and ownership over the work they do, contributing as a partner and collaborator with the project teams they manage. They are able to navigate ambiguity, recognize patterns, make analogies to drive clarity, are a natural problem solver, and can drive escalations through difficult conversations. In your role, you will consistently utilize your skill sets in order to achieve alignment and resolutions that result in meaningful outcomes for the client, team, and Fresh.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in project management of digital products and services (design/UX, developers, strategists)
  • Experience in a consulting company or agency, managing external clients
  • Proficiency in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to function independently and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong ability to lead conversations with clients and present information to effectively manage projects
  • Proactive and detail oriented with excellent organization and planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management certifications are a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are successfully executed on time, on budget, and in scope while achieving quality by actively managing scope, schedule, resources, and risks and issues.
  • Ensure project goals, objectives and success criteria are clear with internal teams and clients
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues and risks and collaborate with team leads to determine solutions and recommendations; seek help from Studio leadership when necessary to resolve high-touch issues and risks.
  • Utilize effective escalation processes to ensure high-quality delivery, address concerns, remove obstacles, and provide transparent and productive communication.
  • Establish and manage project timelines and deliverables, pivoting plans when needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams to deliver to client expectations and maintain a high quality bar for our work.
  • Monitor project progress daily and provide weekly reports on project status (budget, variance, milestones/deliveries, issues/risks, decisions) to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings with clients and internal teams while establishing and communicating clear agendas and facilitating conversations to achieve objectives and reach decisions; summarize and track action items.
  • Lead teams in following internal processes for delivery, enhance processes to generate project efficiencies and increase velocity when needed, and suggest overall changes to improve the quality of our delivery to clients.
  • Work with project teams and leaders to create estimates for projects, extensions, and change requests.
  • Draft scope content for SOWs and change requests.
  • Ensure resource forecasts are up-to-date for your projects on a weekly basis.
  • Review and approve project invoices.
