About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Product Manager to own and drive the end-to-end digital build-out of sales and estimation capabilities, aligning platform development with broader business growth objectives. This role is pivotal in delivering customer-facing digital tools that streamline and enhance complex workflows. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and executive sponsors to shape product vision, influence cross-team strategy, and oversee the roadmap from concept through delivery. A data-informed approach, customer-centric mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape digital product strategy and mentor junior team members within a rapidly growing digital organization.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B eCommerce, with expertise in web and native mobile product development.
  • Proven experience in product management or customer experience, with a focus on digital tools for the construction or roofing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
  • Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery Management: Drive cross-functional execution with development teams to ensure on-time, high-impact delivery of digital capabilities. Define requirements, author user stories, prioritize features, manage sprints, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Roadmap and Strategy: Work with the Digital Team to define and maintain the product roadmap for B2B eCommerce. Align business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility. Develop a comprehensive roadmap outlining strategic vision and milestones for digital tools tailored to roofing contractors. Continuously evaluate market signals, emerging technologies, and customer insights to refine product strategy and drive innovation. Stay informed on industry best practices and integrate them into product development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams to gather and refine requirements. Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure clarity and consensus on product goals and deliverables. Communicate strategic updates, roadmap progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and influence. Foster collaboration with internal teams, ERP, and field organizations (Sales, Operations, & Branch Associates) to integrate digital solutions seamlessly.
  • Product Development: Deconstruct complex business requirements into actionable user stories with robust, testable acceptance criteria. Prioritize backlogs and collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time and within scope. Coordinate sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of incremental value. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value propositions that address the unique needs of the roofing sector.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Analyze customer feedback, pain points, and usage data to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with customer support, sales, and marketing teams to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Lead market discovery efforts, including contractor interviews and field engagement, to inform product strategy and validate new feature concepts.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with technical architects and engineering leads to ensure scalable, future-proof integrations across ERP and third-party platforms. Identify and address risks related to technical dependencies and platform scalability.
